We were approached by the Isle of Man TT (IOMTT) to conduct an independent evaluation of the new commercial and digital broadcast strategy, for their keystone event before submission to the local government.
Our review and evaluation focused on their digital broadcast strategy – covering key areas such as: the subscription model; OTT plan; audience and customers; production and content plan analysis, and analysis on commercial revenue growth.
We made a series of recommendations that refined the digital-first approach, but with an upgraded strategy to grow viewers, a revised forecast for potential costs incurred and potential subscriber revenue.
